An adult child with immigrant parent(s) is unshakeable.

1st/2nd Gens are unshakeable.

Meaning they are not possible to weaken or get rid of; they are utterly firm and unwavering.

1st & 2nd gens

1st/2nd generation adults are tough, resilient, caring and intelligent.

They’ve had to navigate so much by being the first to truly adapt and grow up in their formative years, in a new place they/their parent(s) migrated to.

Their families endured so much.

The 1st/2nd gens themselves have and continue to endure so much. There’s shifts in culture, identity, values, expectations in the family all while also navigating their sense of identity.

1st and 2nd gens are the most resilient people I know.

You are unshakeable.

MY GOAL is to help you gain Generational ClaritY

My goal is to equip you with tools to learn more about factors that may have impacted you as a 1st or 2nd gen, so you can then learn how to navigate them in a way that works for you.

I provide tools and resources on ways you can try to think about things from different perspectives, have more tools to tackle a problem and get a resolution that works for you, learn how to set boundaries with the cultural considerations of being a 1st and/or 2nd gen, etc.

I want to help you learn tools to help you create the happy relationships you want with the ones you love through the information my courses.

Great to see you here! My goal is to help 1st/2nd gens obtain the tools I have personally found helpful, tools my clients have found helpful to continue to reach more 1st/2nd gens!

Our experiences are so unique and it can be tough to have that commonality and understanding in different communities.

I want to help 1st/2nd gens be equipped with tools and information for them to create the happy and healthy relationships they desire most without sacrificing their own needs.
